Colour: This late-harvest wine with botrytised grapes from noble rot is deep golden yellow in colour, with hints of amber.
Aroma: Intense flavour of yellow fruit, such as dried apricot, followed by notes of saffron, dried fig, toasted almonds, and marzipan.
Tasting Notes: Very sweet, but never cloying thanks to a good final acidity. Persistent with light, smoky notes.
