Our Traiano ages one year sur lei in steel tanks and then 6 to 48 months in the bottle. It expresses a particular mineral note with hints of aromatic medicinal herbs, fresh and with an intriguing savoriness.

Tasting Notes

Color: very bright straw yellow.
Aroma: hits the nose with fine, fruity and aromatic herbs and strong mineral notes.
Taste: fresh and savory. Maintains excellent persistence with pear and sage finish.
